Packing and handling :

We aim to pack all orders and ship them within 48hrs of receiving the order. On the very rare occasion that this isn’t the case we’ll try to let you know via the email address given when placing your order.

We will wrap your order in attractive plastic-free packaging, we'll not include a generic packing slip or receipt, but we will pack your goods with care and include an attractive handwritten card for each and every order.

Postal options:

On the checkout page, you can opt to pick up locally or have your order posted to you. 

Local pick-up:

Select local pick up at the checkout and you'll be notified when your order is ready to be collected.  Once you've received your notification, please do call in to collect your order at 22 Joppa Rd.  Our opening hours are 10am - 5pm Monday - Saturday

Standard delivery £3.99 (UK only) FREE standard delivery on all orders over £35.00

We post out our standard delivery orders with Royal Mail using their tracked 48hr service.  You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been collected by Royal Mail.

Express delivery £5.99 (UK only)

These parcels are sent out with Royal Mail 24hr tracked service.  You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been collected by Royal Mail.

International Shipping:

Shipping the the US is with Royal Mail and costs $19.99.  Delivery time is between 5-10 working days.   Our US shipments are delivered with duties and customs charges paid (DDP). 

We do ship to the EU with UPS for £9.99, delivery time is between 5-10 working days. Please note that for the EU deliveries are DDU - so all customs charges and tariffs are the responsibility of the receiver.

Any unused or unopened products may be returned to us at the following address: 22 Joppa Rd, Edinburgh. EH15 2ES

On receipt of the items we'll issue you with a full refund.
