Subscriptions - FAQs

 How does the dook subscription service work?

You can subscribe to a regular delivery of our products.

We’ll email you 3 days before each delivery is shipped, so you know it’s coming and can adjust or delay it if you need to.

You can adjust or cancel your subscription at any time.

 

How do I manage my subscription?

Simply enter the email you used when creating the subscription and you'll be sent a login code.

 

How often can I get a delivery?

You can choose to get a delivery every 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks for our subscription boxes, soaps and shampoos.

For our face and conditioning oils, it’s 2, 3, 4 and 6 months.

For our candle it’s every 1, 2 or 3 months.

If you have too little of a product, or too much you can change and adjust the frequency.

 

Can I gift a subscription?

You can purchase a subscription and send it as a gift by putting the recipient's shipping details in place of your own at check out. 

This subscription will continue until you choose to cancel it. 

 

Is the shipping free?

Shipping is free on all orders over £25.  Any deliveries under £25 will be charged at our standard rate.

 

Can I subscribe to several different products at once?

Yes, you can subscribe to as many products or subscription boxes as you’d like. 

 

Can I subscribe to different products with different frequencies?

Yes, you can select whatever frequency suits you. 

For example, you could purchase:

1 x Bath salts to be delivered every 6 weeks

2 x Cedar soaps to be delivered every 8 weeks

1 x Face Oil to be delivered every 3 months

The first order will be delivered together, the subsequent orders will be charged for and delivered at the frequency selected. 

 

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage, change and cancel your subscription through your customer portal here

To set it up, enter the email address you used when you placed the order and you'll be sent a code to access your portal. You can then make changes to your subscription whenever you want.

 

Can I change the frequency or skip a delivery?

Yes. You can change the frequency and you can choose to send products right away or to skip or postpone your delivery.

 

Can I change the products in the delivery?

Yes, you can swap the products in your subscription.

 

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time and will not be charged for any future deliveries.
